Crime "Seen"

A woman calls in to the police that a man is indecently exposing himself. The police show up to the apartment residence to find that there is a naked man. He happens, though, to be doing yoga in his apartment building across the way from the woman. The policeman then reports, "ma'am this is not a crime." The woman responds with, "this is a quality of life crime."
